Below, we share two actual cases where we have been working on. One concerning the global AgTech space and another one concerning Biosciences space. In both cases we were able to support enthusiastic entrepreneurs in China and Europe with our Interim Management & Consulting services.
BIOTECH Interim Management Case
Situation: Biotech applications are a rapidly growing global market. However the logistics and markets are negatively impacted by current supply chain challenges. And they are also seriously and increasingly affected by the worsening geopolitial climate.
Task: The task was to carry out successful Interim management for a range of New Business Development activities. And more specifically aimed at Chinese Biotechnology Corporation in the European feed and food additive markets. It included a strategic exercise in terms of entry-strategy and a tactic-operatoinal exercise in terms of total market estimation.
Result: a) A practical and concise 10 slide ppt report outlining the strategic direction. b) An excel document detailing the quantified business opportunities across Europe. These reports unlocked information and insights that would otherwise not have been available to this party.
AGTECH Consultancy Case
Situation: Due to the climate crisis and the resulting food crises, there is a lot of potential in innovative and high tech agriculture production ecosystems in many parts of the globe. High performant precision sensor equipment is one of the technological prerequisites for success.
Task: Lead a Business consultancy project for Shenzhen (China) Trading Group, to a profitable production and marketing Start-Up concept in the European Ag Tech Equipment and Sensors market.
Result: delivery of a business case and feasibility study for potential investment given the current stage of development of the market.
