The process.
Zeociz is actively involved from start to finish in implementing solutions that fix your issue(s) and to achieve your goals. In general, we proceed as follows (required time depends on scope of assignment):
- Definition of the assigment
- Settling in: familiarize with team, get in charge, start assignment and initial operational activities; brief company strategy review
- Work out, present and discuss a strategic & operational planning or (depending on the material in place) confirm and discuss the actual strategic plan
- Reconfirm the assigment and the way forward, if necessary revise the assigment
- Take charge of implementing the plan/ actions together with your team.
- Throughout the process we will create a safe yet challenging and inspirational environment for all colleagues involved.
- On a regular basis we will report to you in a way that fits your personal preferences and your business needs.
