One concerning the global AgTech space and another one concerning Biosciences space. In both cases we were able to support enthusiastic entrepreneurs in China and Europe with our Interim Management &amp; Consulting services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">BIOTECH\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Interim Management Case<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> Situation<\/span><\/strong>: Biotech applications are a rapidly growing global market. However the logistics and markets are negatively impacted by current supply chain challenges. It included a <a href=\"https:\/\/zeociz.com\/index.php\/109-2\/\">strategic <\/a>exercise in terms of entry-strategy and a tactic-operatoinal exercise in terms of total market estimation.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Result<\/span><\/strong>: a) A practical and concise 10 slide ppt report outlining the strategic direction. b) An excel document detailing the quantified business opportunities across Europe. These reports unlocked information and insights that would otherwise not have been available to this party.<\/p>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008080;\">AGTECH\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Consultancy Case<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Situation<\/strong><\/span>: Due to the <a href=\"https:\/\/zeociz.com\/index.php\/blog\/\">climate crisis and the resulting food crises<\/a>, there is a lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dutchgreenhousedelta.com\/knowledge\/new-whitepaper-china\/\">potential in innovative and high tech agriculture production\u00a0<\/a> ecosystems in many parts of the globe.
